Change of Plans (Scott)

Apparently the whole H1N1 craze has reached Mongolia and it has the government all in a tizzy. The powers that be have decided to order all schools to take their term breaks one week early. So starting next week, no classes. I'm not sure if this is just for a week or if it's indefinite. I'm also not sure what this means for our planned Halloween party -- apparently kids are not allowed to gather in large groups. We'll see what happens.
